Great central location, clean and spacious apartment with a fully equipped kitchenette. the staff was friendly and helpful. We also enjoyed the privacy of the balcony.

The second bedroom was very small and uncomfortable; it felt cramped and had no natural light.

The person at the check-in was quite pleasant - our room was not ready and he offered to store our luggage. When we returned, he had delivered it to our room and gave us a printout with suggestions for restaurants, etc. It is in an ideal area and close walking to all the main attractions.

The Shower was broken - I don't think the cleaning person had reported it and the second bedroom did not have ac with was quite uncomfortable for our daughter.

Nice touristic places like la pedrera were in front of the hotel. Breakfast served on the patio. The location was FANTASTIC better than we ever had during my trips so far.

We had a fantastic stay at this luxurious hotel! The location couldn't be better, as it was close to two metro stations and within walking distance of the city's centre and most of the attractions. The staff provided excellent service, offering car hire, dry cleaning, and laundry services. The room amenities were top-notch, including ironing facilities, heating, air conditioning, tea and coffee facilities, and a mini-bar. We also loved having a balcony and a cozy sitting area in our room. The free Wi-Fi was fast and reliable throughout our stay.

We would definitely recommend this place to our friends if they are planning a trip to this city. The hotel offers a wide range of amenities and services, including a 24-hour reception, airport shuttle, laundry facilities, and a flat-screen TV.

A little hard to find on our GPS- but definitely well worth it. Great space, clean rooms, would be a great place for a family or a few couples.really central- only a 10 min walk to La Ramblas.

The hotel was in an excellent location for visiting places of interest in Barcelona. The suite was very comfortable and well equipped - especially the kitchen. I will certainly recommend the Grandom suites to friends and would return again.

not a big deal, but you need a little trick to open the door. wish the door for the bathtub opened to the otherside, but again, the place is so awesome that it is so minor details and did not bother us, also the staff explaned how to open the door well.

Excellent 24h free snack room!

During my stay, I was impressed by the cleanliness of the hotel, and appreciated the hotel facilities, which included the option to pre-order snacks and a reasonably priced mini-bar. Additionally, the helpful staff provided me with touring maps and valuable information about transportation around this city, as well as great recommendations for restaurants and cafes, while the location, just outside the historical center.

There was an air-condition in the rooms but it was not working , we call them to fix but nothing happend

Free snack room, excellent coffee! Everybody very nice, very clean, big and everything you need in apartment.

This place is the ultimate location for those who want to explore the city easily. It’s situated down the street from the main shopping, restaurants, and tourist sites. the comfy and well-maintained apartment provides excellent accommodation and service. the kitchen is equipped with top-notch utensils and a coffee maker for your convenience. the balcony lets in plenty of light and fresh air, giving you a real feel for Spanish life.

Some minor maintenance issues can be addressed, which could have been solved quickly.

We moved from another hotel in La Rhamblas thinking this was better. The night reception (only until 7pm) made us wait 15 mins outside when we got there. The taxi driver drove us all over the place as he could not find it (being so small in its facade). That nite, the electricity kept tripping and the heaters were inadequate. I called the reception at 11.30pm but there was no answer. There was no hot water and we bathed in cold water (in winter !). It was a very cold nite and everyone was upset (4 of us). I complained the next morning to the reception (Ms Erika) and she was very helpful indeed. She arranged to change to a better room which was warmer. The facilities were good but one nite was wasted and the booking agent should actually consider refunding us the cost. The location is not good as its a long walk to Catalunya. It is also very quite and next to a car park (had trouble finding the place the 2 days we were there ! This is suppoded to be a 4 star suite !
